Mother’s Day is an important date to remember; it’s a pause in the year, a break from the busy schedule
of everyday life and a chance to tell your mother that today you are thinking of her and appreciate
everything she has done for you.

We celebrated Mother’s Day in the UK back in March, but our international friends have their special
day to look forward to on Sunday 13th May. To celebrate Mother’s Day we have created a special video
of one our favourite uplifting songs, ‘You Are My Sunshine’ - for all the amazing mothers in the world.

We love this quote as mothers are the queens of multi-tasking jobs, lists and schedules and juggling the
needs and demands of their family all at once. From the sleepless nights of the baby days, to rushing
around from school, soccer and piano during the school years and supporting our kids through all the
trials and tribulations of the teen years – and it doesn’t stop there!

This Mother’s Day make sure you treat yourself and your mom to a special day. For mothers with little
ones there is no better treat than a long, lazy lie-in, a home-made card, breakfast in bed and a longer
and tighter than usual cuddle. Mothers of older kids can enjoy a special get-together where the family
meets for lunch or spends time together doing an activity they love. Take the time to reminisce on your
own childhood and tell your own mom how much you appreciated everything she did, even if you didn’t
show it at the time.

Sure flowers and chocolates are lovely but the biggest treat of all is to know your family is grateful for
your love and wants to make you smile on this special day.
